Floxen Study Hours is a free web-based productivity platform that allows students to watch YouTube videos in a distraction-free environment with study timers, activity tracking, a notepad, and an AI study assistant. The platform is operated by Bhavishya, based in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at floxenstudyhours@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use the AI chatbot for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Submit content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

5. YouTube Content

Floxen Study Hours embeds YouTube videos using the official YouTube iFrame API. We do not host, own, or control any video content. All YouTube content is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and community guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring the YouTube content you study complies with applicable laws.

6. AI Chatbot

The study assistant chatbot is powered by OpenAI's API and is designed for academic and study-related questions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of chatbot responses. Do not rely solely on chatbot answers for critical exam preparation — always verify with trusted academic sources.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, all your personal data including your email, password, and activity history will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 days. This action is irreversible.

8. Email Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving motivational study reminder emails from Floxen Study Hours. You may disable notifications at any time from the dashboard menu. We will never send spam or share your email with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, design elements, and code of Floxen Study Hours are the intellectual property of the platform owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Affiliate Links Disclosure
